What has inspired her about SLP from the very beginning are the diverse projects, the meaningful topics, and the opportunity to continually discover new perspectives. During her time at SLP, she has been able to continuously develop her project management and communication skills and contribute to numerous exciting projects.

In this interview, Zoé shares what she has learned in her role and what sets the SLP team apart for her.

What made you decide to join SLP back then?

Zoé: What really won me over was the diversity of the projects. No two days are alike, and that’s exactly what I love. The topics are meaningful and exciting, and you can really feel that your work is making a difference. At the same time, you’re incredibly close to research, innovation, and the people behind them. On top of that, at SLP I have the opportunity to constantly learn new things, explore new professional fields, and continually broaden my horizons. For me, that was—and still is—a pretty compelling combination.

What skills or experiences have you particularly developed over the past five years?

Zoé: Definitely my project management and communication skills. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, organize events, and collaborate with people from all kinds of industries. I find it particularly enriching to repeatedly work with experts who are truly passionate about what they do. You almost automatically learn something new every day. Looking back, I’d say my favorite experience was getting to know the people I met at SLP.

What makes working as part of the team at SLP special to you?

Zoé: The combination of professionalism, helpfulness, and humor. We’re all on the same page, support one another, and jump in to help whenever there’s a crisis. At the same time, we laugh a lot. Especially during events, we can go all out together and then raise a glass and celebrate together afterward. For me, this sense of togetherness is a big part of what makes my job so enjoyable.

If you had to describe your time at SLP in three words, what would they be and why?

Zoé: Diverse, dynamic, warm.

Zoé Jeanneret has been part of the Senarclens, Leu + Partner (SLP) team for five years.
