As a nationwide association, the Swiss Association of Women Engineers (SVIN) has worked towards growing the number of women in technical and natural science professions since 1991. The SVIN sees itself as an advocate for highly qualified and motivated female specialists in the STEM professions. The individual members (300 women) and sponsor members (over 35 companies/educational institutions) benefit from the SVIN network of experts.
