Paul Santner completed his studies in computer science at the Technical University of Vienna. During his many years working at Digital Equipment Corporation, he acquired a wide range of regional and international management experience. As Vice President for Europe, he was in charge of all business in Germany, Austria, and Central and Eastern Europe. Since 1999, Paul Santner has worked as a professional board member for companies in various sectors. In his former role as President of Engineers Shape our Future IngCH, and as a member of the advisory board of the GSBA Zurich (Graduate School of Business Administration), Paul Santner performed public duties.

Heinz Rütter studied economics at the University of Zurich, where he wrote his dissertation on value creation. After working as a journalist for Swiss economic newspaper Handelszeitung and serving as Directive Assistant for a wholesale company, he went on to work as personal advisor to the Director of BIGA (now SECO). In 1988, Heinz Rütter founded the socioeconomic research and consultancy firm Rütter Soceco AG. He has many years of experience in value creation and industry-specific analysis, regional analysis, economic impact studies and education, as well as innovation and technology strategies.

Heinz Specker graduated from the University of Zurich with a degree in jurisprudence, obtained the Federal Real Estate Trustee Diploma in 1988 and was a member of the executive board of general contractors. From 1991–2013 he was Director of Technopark Immobilien AG, Zurich. He was a member of the foundation board of Technopark Zurich and a member of the advisory committee, a member of various technical and building committees, and for several years served as president of a cooperative with sports facilities. Since 2013 he has been consulting with SPECKER BERATUNGEN GmbH in the areas of innovation and technology theme parks and technology transfer. He is a concept partner of the Digital Real Estate Summit and co-founder and managing director of the Group of Fifteen.

Marina de Senarclens founded the agency in 1983 and served as Managing Partner until 2004 and Chair of the Board of Directors until 2 July 2016. She is a member of the foundation board at Swisscontact, executive board member at Forum VERA and the ‘Club des 4 Saisons’, and founder and advisory board member of the Group of Fifteen. Marina de Senarclens is the author of numerous publications on PR, social balance sheets and ICT and the book Software Scene Switzerland. In recognition of her commitment to supporting new engineering and scientific talent, she was also awarded the title of Honorary Councillor by ETH Zurich.
