IngCH has been promoting young talent in STEM for over 30 years (STEM: science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Our projects at schools inform, inspire and help to tackle the shortage of skilled workers. Another major objective is to promote training and continuing education and to undertake proactive PR work to improve the image of STEM experts. There is also a special focus on supporting women breaking through in technical careers. IngCH encompasses approximately 30 highly renowned Swiss companies from every industry.
