Marina de Senarclens
Founder
Marina de Senarclens founded the agency in 1983 and served as Managing Partner until 2004 and Chair of the Board of Directors until 2 July 2016. She is a member of the foundation board at Swisscontact, executive board member at Forum VERA and the ‘Club des 4 Saisons’, and founder and advisory board member of the Group of Fifteen. Marina de Senarclens is the author of numerous publications on PR, social balance sheets and ICT and the book Software Scene Switzerland. In recognition of her commitment to supporting new engineering and scientific talent, she was also awarded the title of Honorary Councillor by ETH Zurich.



Brigitte Manz-Brunner

ETH Zurich (Dipl. Ing. Agr.), Sandoz – now Novartis – (research associate), ETH Zurich (research associate), running, hiking, cycling, friends, family
Brigitte Manz-Brunner studied agricultural sciences at ETH Zurich and worked for many years as an agricultural engineer in the research department at Sandoz (now Novartis). She then returned to ETH Zurich, where she was involved in developing a nationwide database of continuing education programs at universities at the Center for Continuing Education. She transferred within the university to the department of student development and worked on the design and implementation of marketing initiatives. As a co-equality officer, she became involved early on in efforts to promote the engineering profession among children and young adults. Until 2020, Brigitte Manz-Brunner served as executive director of the Swiss Association of Women Engineers (SVIN), and until 2023, she served as executive director of the NaTech Education Association. She has been with Senarclens, Leu + Partner since 2007, serving as deputy until 2022. Managing Partner and serving as a consultant through December 2024. Starting in January 2025, she will serve exclusively on the board of directors of Senarclens, Leu + Partner.

Céline Bernasconi

Céline Bernasconi has been coordinating the Technology and Computer Science Weeks for IngCH MINT for our future in French-speaking Switzerland since 2011. After working for several years at industrial companies and technical institutions in the region, she is now self-employed and continues to enthusiastically develop the project weeks for IngCH in French-speaking Switzerland.



Adarsh Sitapati
Freelancer
Adarsh Sitapati has been the project manager for the Technology and IT Weeks at IngCH MINT for our future since spring 2022. He works part-time as a course director for the Life Science Zurich Learning Center and occasionally works as a substitute for biology and chemistry teachers in cantonal schools. He also works freelance as a life and learning coach.

Laurie Cortesi
Freelancer
Laurie Cortesi has been the project manager for the Technology and IT Weeks at IngCH MINT for our future for the canton of Ticino since spring 2022. Thanks to her experience as a geological engineer, she has established many contacts with engineering firms and industrial companies. These contacts help her organise the programme for individual Technology and IT Weeks at each school. She works part-time as a geological engineer for a firm in Ticino. Geologist for an office in Tessin.
